Central Parlor Renovations

In the mid 2010s, renovations were done in the Central Parlor to add period appropriate carpet. This carpet was woven in England and designed by Grosvenor Wilton Company, a carpeting company in business since the 1790s. This image shows the parlor during the renovations and in a more current state.

Central Parlor 1950s

During the 1950s, The Belmont Mansion was in a stage of transition from Ward-Belmont College to Belmont University. This photo shows the parlor during the last years of Ward-Belmont College.
